Located in northeast Edmond, Centennial Elementary is one of 15 elementary schools within the Edmond Public School District.  We serve the community by offering education to children from pre-kindergarten through fifth grade.

Our building features many architectural elements that celebrate the state of Oklahoma.  The school opened its doors during Oklahoma's Centennial year of statehood with the first students attending classes in August 2007.

The 2007-2008 students of Centennial Elementary voted to determine our school's mascot and colors.  

FUN FACT:  Scientifically, the proper Latin name for buffalo is Bison bison for the North American species.  However, common usage has made the term “buffalo” essentially interchangeable for the American bison.
